WORK PROCEDURES

All vehicles within the specified VIN range must have the ABS high pressure hose between the ABS pump and booster replaced. Detailed repair procedures are contained in the enclosed Technical Information Bulletin D/C869.

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY/ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION

LRNA will provide an allowance of up to $50.00 per vehicle for pick up and delivery/alternate transportation. We urge you to use this allowance in order to limit any inconvenience to your customers.

STATUS CHECKING/VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION

You may check the disposition of any vehicle using the Land Rover DCS terminal Warranty Recall/Search screen.

In order to prevent recall duplication, complete and install a Service Campaign label on the hood locking panel just above the vacuum routing label. Cover the label with a clear acrylic protective film.

Complete the Service Action Record located in the back of the Passport to Service booklet





A supply of Service Campaign labels and protective acrylic covers is enclosed. A completed example of this label is as shown.
