Grenadier Script For Customer Calls

GRENADIER SCRIPT FOR CUSTOMER CALLS:

Good (Morning/Afternoon/Evening) this is ___ sales person ___ calling from ____ dealership/Centre___ for___ customer name___.

I need a few minutes to speak with you about your new Range Rover.

We need to make arrangements to modify your Anti-Lock Brake System.

Land Rover has determined that a POTENTIAL defect may exist in your vehicle and they have mailed a letter to you. The problem involves a brake hose which could develop a leak, trigger warning lights, a longer brake pedal travel and longer stopping distances. The secondary braking system would remain fully functional.

We would like to schedule an appointment at your convenience for this work.

We will need your vehicle for approximately 30 minutes to replace the brake hose.

We would be happy to pick up your vehicle from your home or office.

If you want to stop here, we can make the modification while you wait and perhaps answer any questions you may have about your new vehicle.

You may also use one of our loaner vehicles if you prefer.

If you need some time to look at your schedule you may call me back at _______.

We want to make this work as convenient as possible for you!

Possible questions and answers:

Question: Can I drive my car in the meantime?

Answer: Yes.

Question: How long will I have to wait?

Answer: The repair will take 30 minutes to complete.

Question: I cannot bring my car in, will you pick it up and return it when repaired?

Answer: Yes.
