Front Removal

1. Raise vehicle and support axle on jack stands.

2. Remove road wheel.

3. Remove brake hose clips and remove brake caliper.

! Support caliper so that the brake hose is not stressed.





4. Pry off dust cap.

5. Remove snap ring and shim from outer axleshaft.

6. Loosen five bolts and remove driving member and gasket.

7. Bend back lock washer tabs, loosen, and remove locknut and lock washer. Discard lock washer.

8. Remove hub adjusting nut and spacing washer.

9. Remove hub and brake disc assembly complete with bearings.

10. Using an appropriate seal puller, remove leaking oil seal.
