Recall Operations

1. If any problems are encountered with latch mechanisms during final checks, contact the Land Rover Technical Help Line (800) 562-5824.





2. Identify all inspected or repaired latches with a dab of yellow point for quick identification at any future inspections. (figure 14)





3. Apply a completed recall label (sample illustrated) to the front cross member under the hood to identify that Recall D456 has been performed.

4. Tighten new screw to 4-5 Nm. (36-45 lbf. in.).
