Problem Two: Poor Cdl Operation

Cause 1: Incorrect actuator and link installation on front doors.





Action: Check that the actuator to bell crank link rod, MXC 7339 is correct, see Fig.5.





The actuator and link on the right hand door should be installed as shown in Fig. 6.





The actuator and link on the left hand door should be installed as shown in Fig 7.

NOTE:
The actuator is installed at an angle to match that of rod.

Cause 2: Incorrect actuator and link installation on rear doors.

Action: Actuators on both right and left hand doors should be positioned at the highest location allowed by the slots on the mounting plate.





Actuator to bell crank link should be installed as shown in Fig. 8, on right and left hand doors.





Check links MWC 5150 (right hand) and MWC 5151 (left hand) are correct, see Figs. 9 and 10. Replace links if incorrect.
