Solenoid Valve Checking

SOLENOID VALVE CHECKING





1. Remove the valve body cover.
2. Disconnect the connectors of each solenoid valve.
Standard value (at 20°C (68°F)): 2.7 - 3.4 Ohms
3. If the resistance is outside the standard value, replace the solenoid valve.





4. Measure the duty rate of the solenoid valve using Hi-scan tool when operating the solenoid valve.

Solenoid valve ON: Hydraulic pressure is released from corresponding clutch or brake.
Solenoid valve OFF: Hydraulic pressure is supplied to corresponding clutch or brake. Except) DCCSV: When the DCCSV is ON, the damper clutch is operated.
