Solenoid Valves
SOLENOID VALVESResistance inspection
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect solenoid valve connector.
3. Measure resistance between each terminal and a ground.
Resistance: 14 - 18 ohms
Notice:
- D: Torque converter clutch solenoid
- A: Shift solenoid valve A
- B: Shift solenoid valve B
- C: Shift solenoid valve C
4. If not correct, check wiring for an open or short-circuit. Replace solenoid valve.
Continuity inspection
1. Disconnect 55-pin connector from transaxle control module.
2. Check continuity between terminals H-02-1, H-02-2, H-02-3 and H-02-4 and H-02-7 ground.
3. If not correct, check wiring for an open or short-circuit.
