Condenser Fan: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the condenser fan connector.
2. Apply 1 2V to terminal 1 (BLU/WHT) and ground terminal 2 (ELK), and verify that the condenser fan operates.
3. If not as specified, replace the condenser fan.
