Variable Induction Control Actuator: Testing and Inspection

Description:

1. Connect a vacuum pump to the VICS actuator as shown in image.
2. Apply a vacuum of 30 mmHg (4.0 kPa) and verify that the rod is pulled into the actuator.
3. Apply vacuum of 190 mmHg (25.3 kPa) and verify that the actuator opens completely (rod pulled fully in).
4. If not as specified, replace the VICS actuator.
