Procedure 12 - Check Front and Rear Blind Operation After Reworks

REPAIR PROCEDURE 12: V00477 - V10285

NOTE:
If the rear blind is juddering (V0477-V10050), carry out Repair Procedure 14, Degrease the Guides.

1. With the Panoramic roof blinds installed and prior to installing the headliner, verify blind operation:

^ Turn ignition 'ON'.

^ Close the Panoramic roof glass panel.

^ Open / close Panoramic roof blinds five times.

2. Ensure the blinds are closing evenly and that the tension is equal on both sides of both blinds.

^ If blinds are operating properly, continue to step 3.

^ If blinds are not operating properly, refer to Repair Procedure 10, step 31, to adjust the roller blinds.

^ If the blinds are closing evenly but not completely, use IDS / SDD procedure to calibrate the roof opening panel and blinds.

3. Install the headliner.

4. Continue to next appropriate Repair Procedure.
