Front Door Window Glass

Removal







1. Lower the front door window glass approximately 290 mm (11.4 in).
2. Remove the exterior mirror.







3. Remove the front door window glass exterior weatherstrip.

NOTE:
- Lubricate the underside of the front door window glass exterior weatherstrip to aid removal.
- Remove the front door window glass exterior weatherstrip by detaching the front edge and working rearwards.







4. Detach the front door wiring harness.







5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.







6. Detach the front door wiring harness grommet.







7. Remove the front door inner weathershield.







8. Remove the front door window glass retaining bolt.







9. Detach the front door window glass from the front door window regulator retaining clip.







10. Remove the front door window glass.

Installation
1. To install reverse the removal procedure.
- Tighten to 7 Nm.

NOTE: Make sure the front door window glass is correctly located to the front door window regulator.
