R12: Check Harness Continuity - Throttle -VE

With EM114 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM014/012 & PI033/002
Repeat for EM014/011 & PI033/002

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to R13

No
Inspect connectors EM014, PI002 & PI033 for bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/splice EMS18. Test the system for normal operation
