Pipe - Inlet Manifold Fuel Cross-Over

Removal


WARNING:
BEFORE PROCEEDING, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL 'SERVICE PRECAUTIONS' ARE READ AND UNDERSTOOD.

1. Depressurize fuel system; Service and Repair
2. Disconnect battery ground cable. Refer to 'Battery, Battery Cable.' Negative

3. Remove inlet manifold fuel cross-over pipe.

Place cloth under pipe elbows to collect any spillage.
Remove elbow securing screws.
Disconnect first elbow.
Disconnect remaining elbow and remove assembly.
Discard O-ring seals from pipe elbows.
Clean relevant parts and mating faces.







Installation


1. NOTE: Install and lubricate new O-ring seals.


Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
