With EM010 and EM014 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/023 and EM008L Repeat for EM014/004 and EM008L

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to F4 F4: Check Harness Signal Continuity
No
Inspect EM010 and EM014 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS36. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
