E2: Check ECM Ground

with EM014 disconnected measure the resistance between EM014/004 and ground EM005L

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to E3 E3: Check ECM Ground
No
Inspect EM014 for bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/splice EMS36. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
