With EM010, EM011, PI006 and PI042 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM011/014 and in turn:

- All resistances > 10 M (ohms)?
Yes
GO to C11 C11: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation
No
Inspect EM010, EM011, PI006 and PI042 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness/connector PI001. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
