A4: Check Relay to Coil Continuity

With Ignition relay removed
Measure the resistance between pin 5 Ignition coil relay socket and in turn pin 1 coil connector(s): PI018, PI019, PI020, PI021, PI022, PI023, PI024, PI025

- Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?
Yes
GO to A5 A5: Check Fuse to Relay Continuity
Do not replace relay
No
Inspect EM026, PI001/053, PI018 to PI025 and pin 5 Ignition coil relay socket for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness/connector PI001/splices PISO5 and EMS22. Test the system for normal operation.
