With connectors EM015 and IJ003 to IJ010 disconnected
Measure the insulation resistance between EM015/022 and, in turn, EM015/004, 005, 006, 007

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to B12 B12: Check Harness Short to Core
No
Inspect harness/connectors PI001/037, 036, 034, 030, IJ001/002 and IJ001/005, IJ002/003 and IJ002/004. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
