With connectors EM015 and IJ003 to IJ010 disconnected
Measure the insulation resistance between EM015/011 and, in turn, EM015/015, 016, 017, 018

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to B11 B11: Check For Short to 1A, 2B, 3B, 4A GND
No
Inspect harness/connectors PI001/038, 033, 032, 035, IJ001/003 and IJ001/004, IJ002/002 and IJ002/005. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
