Measure the resistance between EM012/013 and in turn
EM012/018
EM012/019

- Is the resistance > 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to W6 W6: Check For Short to B+
No
Inspect EM012, PI035 and PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness fault. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
