V7: Check Harness Short to Ground

Measure the insulation resistance between EM012/013 and in turn:
EM012/015
EM012/019

- Is the resistance> 10 M ohms?
Yes
GO to V8 V8: Check For Short to B+
No
Inspect EM012, PI035 and PI001 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate harness fault. Repair as necessary and test the system for normal operation.
