Upper Air Intake Duct

UPPER AIR INTAKE DUCT RENEW

- Slacken the clamp securing the upper air intake duct hose to the air flow meter.




- Remove the bolts securing the upper air intake duct (4 Fig. 1) to the intercooler (8 Fig. 1) and remove the intake duct / hose assembly.

- Remove the intake duct gasket and clean the intercooler joint face.

- Remove the retaining plate bolts securing the hose to the intake duct and remove the hose assembly.

Refit in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
