ISSUE:
Seat cushions manufactured from a softer grade of foam pad were introduced in production from VIN 746000 in response to customer concerns of front seat discomfort. The softer cushions can be retrofitted to Sedan Range vehicles within the above VIN range.
ACTION:
In case of a customer complaint of general discomfort from the front seats on Sedan Range vehicles within the above VIN range, determine by questioning the customer whether the cushion is perceived as too hard. If so, install the softer seat cushions as described below.
PARTS INFORMATION:
The cushion part numbers are unchanged. All stock is now to the latest condition.
