Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Description and Operation

The idle speed control valve (ISCV) is mounted on the left cylinder head (B-bank) and is operated by signals from the ECU. The ISCV controls the amount of intake air by-passing, so that the target idle speed of the engine is maintained.
