Thermostat: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Release clip securing top hose to thermostat cover and pull hose clear.
3. Remove bolts securing thermostat cover, then remove the cover.
4. Remove thermostat and discard O-ring.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Install new O-ring.
b. Tighten to specifications.
