Throttle Linkage
Throttle Linkage:
PURPOSE AND OPERATION
Throttle linkage is located on top of engine. Linkage must be adjusted correctly, for proper operation. Linkage rods are operated by bellcrank, mounted on top of throttle pedestal. Bellcrank pushes rods outward from center of engine. Rods are connected to throttle butterfly linkages on each side of engine and cause butterflies to open, allowing more air to flow into engine.
