Oil Sump Pan

Oil Pan Bolts:

- Remove the drain plug (1) and drain the oil into a suitable container.
- Remove the oil pan screws (2) and serrated washers. Note the position of the transmission oil cooler pipe clip.
- Lower the oil pan.
- Clean all components thoroughly and examine for wear or damage.
- Replace worn or damaged components as necessary.
- Lightly coat the new gasket with Hylomar.
- Fit the replacement oil pan and gasket, fit and tighten the securing screws and serrated washers.
- Secure the transmission oil cooler pipe clip.
- Refit the drain plug, using a new washer and refill the engine with clean oil.

Drain plug 61-75 Nm
Oil pan set screws 18-22 Nm
