FUEL RAIL (Right hand side)

Depressurize the fuel system. Disconnect the battery earth lead.

Disconnect the right hand throttle rod (1) and the throttle cable (2) from the throttle pedestal. Disconnect the manifold cross pipe from the right hand manifold (3).

Disconnect the cold start injector hose from the fuel rail (4).

Plug the hose and rail.

Slacken the hose clips and disconnect the fuel rail halves (5).

Plug the hoses and fuel rail.

Slacken the injector hose clips and remove the fuel rail. Refitting a new fuel rail is the reversal of the above operations ensuring all hose connections secure and tight.
