Rear Wiper Motor

Fig. 54 Rear wiper motor connector:

1. Disconnect rear motor electrical connector, then inspect, Fig. 54.
2. Ensure motor operation when positive battery voltage is applied to terminal 1 and negative to terminal 4.
3. Inspect motor auto stop as follows:
a. Using suitable wire lead, connect terminals 4 and 3.
b. Connect positive battery voltage to terminal 1 and negative to terminal 4.
c. Ensure motor stops at auto stop position.
