Wiper Gear Box: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove wiper arms and nuts securing pivots to the body.
3. Remove steering wheel, instrument cluster and glove box.
4. Working through instrument cluster opening, carefully pry linkage loose from wiper transmission and remove three screws securing linkage to cowl.
5. Reach through glove box, pry linkage from wiper transmission using a screwdriver, remove two screws securing linkage to cowl. Remove transmission.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
