Main Bearing Cap Bolts and Sub Bolts





Tighten all bolts in order of (No. 1 - 30) temporarily
Tighten cap bolts (M12) in order of No. 1 - 10 53.9 Nm (5.5 kg-m, 40 ft-lb)
Tighten cap sub bolts (M9) in order of No. 11 - 20 19.6 Nm (2.0 kg-m, 14 ft-lb)
Tighten cap bolts (M12) in order of No. 1 - 10 90° clockwise
Tighten cap sub bolts (M9) in order of No. 11 - 20 90° clockwise
Tighten side bolts (M10) in order of No. 21 - 30 49.0 Nm (5.0 kg-m, 36 ft-lb)
