DTC DETECTION LOGIC







DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE


1. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

WITH CONSULT
1.Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 10 seconds.
2.Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "HV BAT" using CONSULT.
Is P30F1 detected?
YES- .
NO- INSPECTION END


Diagnosis Procedure


1. PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS-1

WITH CONSULT
1.Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT.
2.Check if the DTC is detected in "Self Diagnostic Result" of "EV/HEV". and "MOTOR CONTROL".
Is DTC detected?
YES- Perform diagnosis procedure of applicable DTC.
NO- GO TO 2.

2. PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS-2

WITH CONSULT
Check if the "P0AC0", "P0AC1" or "P0AC2" is detected in "Self Diagnostic Result" of "EV/HEV".
Is DTC detected?
YES- Perform diagnosis procedure of applicable DTC.
NO- Replace battery junction box (current sensor) and Li-ion battery controller.
