STARTER MOTOR


VK56VD : Removal and Installation


REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal. Removal And Installation.
2. Remove engine cover. Removal And Installation.
3. Remove intake manifold. Removal And Installation.
4. Remove terminal B nut, and then terminal B harness.
5. Disconnect connector S.
6. Remove starter motor mounting bolts.
7. Remove starter motor upward from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
Note the following item, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Be sure to tighten terminal B nut carefully.
