TRUNK LID HINGE : Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove the trunk lid assembly.
2. Remove the trunk drip cover.
3. Remove the trunk lid stay.
4. Remove the trunk lid hinge mounting bolts (body side), and then remove the trunk lid hinge.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Check the trunk lid open/close operation after installation.
- Check the hinge rotating part for poor lubrication. If necessary, apply body grease.
- When removing and installing the trunk lid assembly, perform the fitting adjustment. Refer to DLK-225, "TRUNK LID ASSEMBLY : Adjustment". Adjustments
- After installation, apply touch-up paint (the body color) onto the head of the hinge mounting nuts.
