ICC System Cannot Be Set (Main Switch Turns On/Off):

Symptom 2: ICC System Cannot Be Set (MAIN Switch Turns ON/OFF)
The ICC system cannot be set in the following cases.
- When the vehicle speed is not in range of approx. 25 MPH (40 km/h) to 90 MPH (144 km/h).
- When the A/T selector lever is in N.
- When A/T mode switch is at the snow mode position.
- While the brake is in operation.
- When wiper switch is at LOW/HI position.
