Brake Rotor/Disc: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheels.
2. Remove caliper without disconnecting brake hose. Refer to Brake Caliper for procedure.
3. Tap rotor with a suitable soft face driver to free it from hub.
4. Remove rotor from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Place rotor on hub, temporarily install lug nuts with spacers as necessary to hold rotor securely.
2. Install caliper as outlined under Brake Caliper.
3. Install wheels.
