Accelerator Pedal: Description and Operation

Accelerator Pedal & Cable:

PURPOSE
Allows operator control over throttle operation from inside of the vehicle.

OPERATION
When the accelerator pedal is depressed, it pulls the inner wire of the throttle cable, which in turn opens the throttle valve.
