Throttle Body: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The throttle bodies (2) are mounted on each intake collector. Along with providing throttle valves for the engine, one (Left Side throttle body) also provides a mounting location for the the throttle position sensor which supplies the Engine Control Module (ECM) with information about throttle position.
