Fuel Pump Control Unit: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Pump Control Unit Test:

1. Turn off engine and disconnect fuel pump control unit harness connector.
2. Connect proper wires between the fuel pump control unit harness terminals.

Fuel Pump Control Unit Test:

3. Start engine and check voltage between terminal 7 and terminal 4 on fuel pump control unit AS SHOWN IN IMAGE. Voltage varies when different terminals are jumped.
4. If NO GOOD, replace fuel pump control unit.
