Parts Orders

Repair kits for this Service Action were not cataloged in the Parts System. To initiate the program, all dealers will be sent kits free-of-charge equalling their in-stock vehicle count as of 3-25-91 (per Infiniti records). Additional kits may be secured free-of-charge by calling the FIXS Hotline (not Parts Representative) and referencing FIXS FILE # FC 5267. You may call 1-800-322-3121, providing:

1. Your Dealership name/code.

2. Ship-to Address.

3. Vehicle Identification Number(s)

All kits will be shipped Federal Express the same day, if orders are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Coast Time. FIXS normal hours are between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM in your time zone.
