Dealers will have three (3) categories of vehicles covered by this bulletin. Use the PNC which is appropriate for the vehicle history level.

CATEGORY PNC





1. Vehicles affected by the first M30 P9996
Convertible Field Service Action, that
have been completed, but, now require
replacement of the "upstops."

2. Vehicles not affected by the first P9996
M30 Convertible Field Service Action
(wholesaled to dealers after March 25
[noted as: "added to list"]), that
require replacement of the "upstops."

CATEGORY PNC





3. Vehicles affected by the first P9997
M30 Convertible Field Service Action
(Reseal windshield; proximity switch;
floor mat brackets), that have not yet
been completed.

NOTES:
(1) Labor time includes payment for all sealant used.
(2) Up to 2.0 hrs. may be claimed for this operation.


Fuel Reimbursement: Use "LOCAL CVGAS" in the P/N field and indicate in the requested amount field the actual cost of fuel required to fill the customer's fuel tank.

Rental Reimbursement: Use "LOCAL CVRNT" in the P/N field. Amounts UP to $100.00 total may be claimed per vehicle.
