Assembly - Driver's Side

1. Assemble the driver's side of the engine by completing the following steps:

A. Reinstall the vacuum and air hoses to the throttle body.

B. Reinstall the water hoses under the throttle body.

C. Reinstall the air hose to the IAA unit.

D. Reconnect the connector for the AAC valve and the FICD solenoid valve.

E. Reconnect the connectors to the throttle sensor and the throttle sensor switch.

F. Reconnect the canister and vacuum hoses at the plenum.

G. Secure the ground wire at the plenum.

H. It no injector sub harness was replaced, reconnect # 2, # 4, & # 6 injector connectors. (Refer to Disassembly, Driver's Side (Left Side) section in this bulletin for proper routing).

I. Connect the accelerator and ASCD wires to the throttle valve and secure the bracket in place.
