SERVICE INFORMATION

M30 vehicles built prior to the above-referenced date(*), with a lower VIN, are equipped with vanity lights which are operable only when the headlights or parking lights are switched on.

M30 vehicles built after this date, with the same or a higher VIN, have different vanity light control logic circuitry. These lights operate independent of headlight/parking light operation.

It is not possible to convert the operational circuitry from the old to the new-style logic.

(*)SPECIAL NOTE: Prior to adopting the circuitry change in regular production, a special series of thirty (30) Infiniti M30's were built with the new vanity light logic. Their VINs follow:
