M/T Countershaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Adjustable Bearing Puller, 25-40 mm 07736-A01000B
- Bearing Driver Attachment, 52 x 55 mm 07746-0010400
- Driver Handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000
- Slide Hammer 3/8''-16 UNF, commercially available

1. Remove the needle bearing (A) from the clutch housing (B) using the 25-40 mm adjustable bearing puller (D) and a commercially available 3/8''-16 UNF slide hammer (E), then remove oil guide plate C.






2. Position the oil guide plate C and new needle bearing (A) in the bore of the clutch housing (B).






3. Press in the needle bearing using the 15 x 135L driver handle (D) and the 52 x 55 mm bearing driver attachment (E).
