Power Mirror Actuator Test

1. Remove the door panel Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the 6P [or 8P] connector (A).










3. Check power mirror actuator operation by connecting power and ground according to the table.





4. If the mirror fails to work properly, replace the power mirror actuator Service and Repair.

Defogger Test (With mirror defogger)

5. Check for continuity between power mirror 8P connector terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be continuity.

6. If the continuity is not as specified, check for:

- An open or high resistance in the wire.
- Faulty mirror holder.
