Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Engine Oil Cooler Center Bolt/Oil Cooler Replacement

1. Remove the oil filter. Service and Repair

2. Disconnect the water bypass hoses.

3. Remove the oil cooler center bolt (A) and the oil cooler (B).

4. Apply new engine oil to new O-ring (C).

5. Install the oil cooler. Tighten the oil cooler center bolt to the engine block.

6. Connect the water bypass hoses.

7. Install the new oil filter. Service and Repair
