Fuel Supply System Manual Shut-off Valve Replacement

1. Relieve fuel pressure between the engine and the fuel tank. Fuel Pressure Relieving - Between The Fuel Tank and The Engine

2. Lift the vehicle, and support it with jackstands.

3. Remove the under-floor cover (A).






4. Disconnect the fuel lines (A).
NOTE: Always use two wrenches when removing or installing the fuel line nuts. Testing and Inspection

5. Remove the bolt (B) and the manual shut-off valve (C).

6. Apply silicone grease (PARKER CHRISTO-LUBE) to the new O-rings (D), and carefully install them into their proper positions. Service and Repair

7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

8. Do the leak inspection procedure. Testing and Inspection
