Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

2. Check for loose battery terminals or connections.

3. Test the 12 V battery for a low state of charge. Testing and Inspection

4. Check the starter. Component Tests and General Diagnostics

5. Check the starter cut relay. Testing and Inspection

6. Check the transmission range switch. Transmission Range Switch Test

7. Check the ignition switch or wire. Ignition Switch Test
