Diagnostic Procedure:
1. Probable cause: Radiator/A/C condenser fan common circuit malfunction
2. Do the radiator and A/C condenser fan common circuit troubleshooting Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan Common Circuit Troubleshooting
Also check for:

- Powertrain DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Blown fuses No. 5 (20 A) and No. 3 (MAIN FAN MTR) (30 A) in the under-hood fuse/relay box
- Poor ground at G302
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
