DTC P1673 (22): Motor Control Module (MCM) Relay Stays Activated

General Description
The motor control module (MCM) relay turns on when the ignition switch is turned on or when the MCM directs it to turn on. (Even when the ignition switch is turned off during driving, MCM relay 1 remains powered when the MCM directs it to turn on.) When MCM relay 1 is stuck on, the MCM remains powered even when the ignition switch is turned off, and even though the MCM tries to turn off the relay, the result may be a dead battery.
